SIZING

All the gear here at Cyclisting will fit smaller than what you may be used to with US sizing. If you are a size L in US jersey, you would want an XL or 2XL in most cases.

To help with this, every listing has a sizing chart to guide you on the best size (look for the SIZING CHART on each product listing).

If you have another brand of jersey, our sizing charts provide information on other brands to compare to.

As a rule, you would always want to order a size larger than you are used to in a US jersey to ensure a comfortable fit.

Generally, the larger you are, the bigger step up in size you will want to make and if you find yourself in between sizes, it is advised to always choose the larger of the two.

If manually measuring and your stomach is bigger than your chest, measure your stomach instead.

We have made the chart as accurate as possible, but variations in style, material, or personal fit preference can always cause slight differences. We hope you understand.

 

SHIPPING

Shipping time depends on the product ordered. As our manufacturers are located in different parts of the world, shipping times can vary depending on the item.

As a guide, shipping will take between 5 and 25 business ( Maximum ) days from the time of placing the order. Please allow 14 days before contacting us. Learn More

*We aim to process in-stock orders within 72 hours (barring holidays and Sunday's) at which point shipping time estimates begin.

* FREE gift promotions may fall outside of these delivery times and will usually ship separately to the main order.

* Major international holidays may add 3-5 days to these delivery times.

Tracking details are provided on all orders once available for you to follow the progress of your order. 

DELIVERY

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive at your country.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 10 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
